WHAT YOU'LL DO

Customer Services & Delivery - Premium Engagement & Advisory drives software adoption, ensuring customers implement and run what they buy whilst safeguarding maintenance and subscription. Using our unparalleled expertise, we guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.

The strength of our Premium Hub - Center of Expertise EMEA is to analyze customer solutions with 360° view on relevant components including application, database and technology, as well as engaging a strong back office support for every customer engagement, providing Expertise on Demand, instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices.

In the role of a Senior Business Process Consultant (f / m / d), you will work with focus on planning, assessing, safeguarding and optimizing projects related to software maintenance, OS / DB change, data center moves, conversions to SAP S / 4HANA and transitions to cloud environments.

For these topics you act as Focus TQM and you deliver high quality Premium Engagement services. Within a short time in this role, you will gain a unique technical expertise.

WHAT YOU BRING

• An excellent academic degree in natural, economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics
• At least 5 years of experience as SAP Technology Consultant
• Very good analytical skills for solving complex problems
• A structured, reliable , and independent way of working even under pressure
• Advanced communication skills
• Knowledge in the field of programming (e.g. Java, C++, ABAP)
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience with SAP solutions, RDBMS databases and SAP HANA
• Experience with Software Maintenance projects like upgrades, conversions and OS / DB migrations

Our team is part of the global organization Premium Hub - Center of Expertise with offices and teams in all continents.

The main responsibility of the team is to consultant and support SAP’s most important and biggest customers of the Premium Engagement segment.

We are a team of technical experts located in various European countries dealing primarily with planning, assessing, safeguarding, executing, and optimizing maintenance projects. These include release upgrades, conversions to new SAP products like S / 4HANA, OS / DB migrations, data center moves and transitions to cloud environments.
