On behalf of our business partner in the plastics industry, we are currently looking for an HR Generalist (m / f / d) at the Eilenburg site. Your tasks

Supporting and advising employees and managers on all personnel-related issues

Independent management of the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates

Drawing up employment contracts and onboarding new employees

Supervision and handling of time management

Analyzing, reviewing and preparing key figures for monthly reporting as well as supporting the monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with Finance & Controlling

Collaboration in day-to-day operations, e.g. maintenance of HR master data, preparation of employment references and warnings

Continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes

Active participation in the implementation of HR projects, such as the implementation of an HR system

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of economics or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in personnel management

First professional experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing company

Good knowledge of legal regulations

Experience in working with the works council

Confident handling of Microsoft Office

User knowledge of DATEV-LODAS and time recording programs an advantage

Independent and solution-oriented way of working

High social competence and strong communication skills

Business fluent German and good English skills
