Your tasks
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on all personnel-related issues
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
- Drawing up employment contracts and onboarding new employees
- Supervision and handling of time management
- Analyzing, reviewing and preparing key figures for monthly reporting as well as supporting the monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with Finance & Controlling
- Collaboration in day-to-day operations, e.g. maintenance of HR master data, preparation of employment references and warnings
- Continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes
- Active participation in the implementation of HR projects, such as the implementation of an HR system
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of economics or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in personnel management
- First professional experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of legal regulations
- Experience in working with the works council
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- User knowledge of DATEV-LODAS and time recording programs an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Business fluent German and good English skills
