Role accountabilities :

As a (Senior)Design Manager you will lead the design and delivery process for complex data center projects ensuring technical excellence compliance and seamless coordination across disciplines to meet client objectives.

• Manage the overall design process for data center projects coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including electrical mechanical structural and architectural experts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designrelated matters with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee the development of innovative sustainable and energyefficient solutions for critical infrastructure systems including HVAC electrical and fire safety.
• Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with relevant German and international codes standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with project requirements.
• Promote innovation and stay up to date with industry trends technologies and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients and stakeholders on design progress and challenges.
