These policies typically include home insurance liability insurance legal protection insurance and more. The app empowers users to explore different insurance options efficiently manage their existing policies and seamlessly switch to more suitable or costeffective plans all from the convenience of their mobile devices.
Join them as a Project and Process Manager and have the following tasks :
- Lead the development enhancement and management of companywide digital processes to optimize efficiency and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and introduce cuttingedge technologies emphasizing automation and artificial intelligence to streamline operations.
- Establish new standards for digital process landscapes driving the advancement of digitization within the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with IT to implement process automation ensuring seamless integration and operational success.
- Design and maintain automated reporting and data quality systems to monitor and enhance process performance consistently.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders in agile projects to oversee the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Act as a catalyst for technological innovation contributing to the strategic evolution of processes.
- Guarantee excellence in execution and ensure sustainable automation practices are maintained.
- Work closely with IT customer service and product owners to continuously improve and evolve the companys offerings.
Requirements
Benefits
A completed university degree with excellent grades, ideally in business administration, economics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field of study. At least two years of relevant professional experience in dynamic environments such as consulting, business development, process management, IT project management, or product management. Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for data, and a proactive, hands-on approach to efficiently solving complex challenges. The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and independently develop innovative and practical solutions. A passion for exceptional customer experiences, process automation, and staying ahead of digital trends. Excellent communication skills, quick comprehension, and the capability to devise and execute pragmatic solutions independently. Fluency in both German and English, paired with experience in agile project methodologies, completes your profile.
