The Audible Legal team works in a dynamic environment where pioneering on behalf of our customers is at the heart of everything we do.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As Associate Corporate Counsel you will be a key member of Audible’s European and wider global legal teams. You will have a broad remit including business development, marketing, product, and regulatory counsel, and more. You will work on a variety of complicated and sophisticated transactions. And will provide strategic and legal advice across a wide range of issues.

We are looking for candidates who are customer-obsessed, enjoy being challenged, work independently while being team players, and deliver pragmatic and practical advice in ambiguous situations.

As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you will...

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a variety of complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal counsel on product and service initiatives and launches
• Lead Audible’s response to regulatory developments impacting our European operations, also in close alignment with colleagues from the global Audible legal as well as other Amazon legal teams
• Maintain and develop standard contract forms, policies and processes
• Instruct and manage external counsel
