What you´ll do :

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and TV (linear & streaming / CTV) .
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (ROAS, CR, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging and budget allocation.
• Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
