Quality Manager

His Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, he also provides customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

The client is based in Grevenmacher

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirement.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving overall operational efficiency
• Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and address quality issues
• Act as the management level interface for customers for all quality matters and responsible for developing and maintaining customers and suppliers relationships
• Collaborate with cross functional team
• Manage escalation process with customers
• Oversee the evaluation of process audits and finished product inspections for quality and reliability
• Prepare departments budgets and forecasting as well as weekly, monthly and yearly key performance report and progress
• Ensure effective quality training for all team members
• Maintain plant compliance to IATF-16949 : 2019 and ISO : 9001 : 2015 standards as well as customer defined quality systems and requirements
