Vestas, the world market leader in wind power, has been active in the German market since 1986. The company is represented with its entire value chain; from R&D, through production facilities, sales locations, a unique service network, to our headquarters of the Vestas Northern & Central Europe business unit. Vestas employs around 1,700 people in Germany.

The Vestas Northern & Central Europe business unit includes the sale, installation, and service of Vestas wind turbines in Central Europe. The service department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our systems. In our quest to become the best business unit within the Vestas Group, teamwork and communication are our keys to success. For the service department, we are looking for a Dispatcher / Planner (m / f / d) in the back office for our location in Husum.

Your tasks are :

• Definition of the required technical / material, personnel, and external resources as well as ensuring their availability considering the agreed KPIs
• Bundling and planning of service orders as well as allocation to the service teams
• Timely initiation of the dispatch of necessary materials and tools
• Communication with our service teams and field supervisors, as well as with other departments
