Stellenbeschreibung
As a Market Activation Manager, you will lead sales activities for the New Generation Combustion & System Components Business Segment in collaboration with local markets and key stakeholders (Product Line Owners, Product Owners, Strategic Pricing). The role supports achieving targets through short- and mid-term initiatives, risk / opportunity management, and forecasting / planning. You will also ensure proactive product portfolio management, smooth execution of strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
Your impact
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and consumer behaviors to implement strategy and action plans.
- Driving successful product launches in coordination with stakeholders.
- Contributing to forecasting and budgeting by working closely with the S&OP Team.
- Developing solution ideas with product lines and engineering teams.
- Leading governance processes, defining KPIs, and sharing best practices across markets.
- Tracking performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing pricing strategies.
