    • Business Central Support Specialist /

    EW Nutrition GmbH is a dynamic, globally active company with a strongly scientifically orientated product portfolio in the field of functional and innovative feed additives and special feed additives. Active in all areas of the value-added chain, the company offers innovative solutions to reduce the cost of capital, to reduce the use of raw materials, to promote animal health and to reduce CO2 emissions, while at the same time increasing the productivity of the products.

    We are looking to strengthen our IT team as soon as possible for a

    Business Central - Support Specialist (gn)

    These are your tasks

    • You will manage and track tickets using our Jira system and prioritize and classify the incoming tickets
    • You perform routine system maintenance, updates, deploy new releases and patches
    • You conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices
    • You develop and maintain user manuals, guides and FAQ’s
    • You assist in customizing and configuring Business Central to meet business needs
    • You collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
    • You work together with the master data office to ensure data integrity and assist with data migration, import / export, and integration with other systems

      • What you need for this position

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV / Navision)
    • You have proven experience in technical support roles
    • You are proficient in system troubleshooting and problem solving
    • You have experience with SQL Server and Jira
    • Experience in DevOps CI / CD pipeline management is an advantage
    • You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Very good English skills round off your profile
