Are you passionate about data engineering backend development and AIpowered technologies Do you enjoy designing scalable data models optimizing pipelines and leveraging machine learning for intelligent automation If so Aifano GmbH is looking for you!

What Youll Be Working On

Designing and implementing data models to support AIdriven applications

Developing scalable data pipelines using Supabase Prisma and eventdriven architectures

Supporting backend teams in database architecture query optimization and API development

Investigating and implementing prompt engineering techniques for AI model optimization

Researching and applying machine learning technologies to extract and process enterprise data

Ensuring data integrity security and performance across distributed systems

Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate foundation models into enterprise workflows

Writing clean testable and welldocumented code for data infrastructure and services

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Strong expertise in data modeling database design and backend architecture

Experience with Supabase Prisma PostgreSQL and eventdriven architectures

Knowledge of ETL pipelines data warehouses and realtime data processing

Familiarity with prompt engineering and machine learning frameworks

Experience integrating AI models into backend systems (e.g. OpenAI Cohere Anthropic)

Proficiency in Python and TypeScript / Node.js for backend support

Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for AIdriven automation

What Makes You Stand Out

Handson experience with foundation models and their enterprise applications

Knowledge of MLOps model finetuning and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF)

Experience with message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ) and distributed computing

Contributions to opensource projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
