• Contact person for the customer, internal colleagues & transport carriers
• Dispatch of drivers
• Management with CargoClix
• Keeping track of customer priority list
• Coordination and monitoring of timely loading
• Tracking demurrage fees
• Implementation of loading space planning
• Organization of transport in direct delivery
• Notification of FTL / LTL transports in early purchase from specialist retailers
• Processing of clarification cases
• Cancellation of pallets

» Your profile:

• Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services
• Relevant professional experience in the logistics environment
• Initial knowledge of export customs clearance
• Secure use of Office
• First experience in LFS, Dakosy and CargoClix
