    • Your Mission : *

    Over an intensive 12-24 months journey, you will rotate through the key areas of our HR organization in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain adeepunderstanding of our business andthe corresponding People strategywhile building deepexpertisein digital HR and people analytics.

    You will workand ownon high-impact projects, be mentored by senior HR leaders, and gain hands-on experience withlatesttechnologies that arealreadyredefining our industry.

    • Architect our Digital HR Ecosystem : *You willshapethe strategy and evolution of our HR technology landscape. Your mission is toleverageAI and automation not just tooptimizeprocesses, but to unlock new levels of organizational effectiveness and create a competitive advantage through talent.
    • Advise the Business with People Analytics : *Translate complexpeopledata into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations. You willleverageour advanced analytics stack (incl.Power BI, Tableau) to directly influence business decisions.
    • Design a Top Employee Experience : *Lead strategic projects to shape the entire employee journey. You will applyagile principles and modern platformsto create a data-informed, human-centric workplaceofthe future.
    • Shape our Talent Strategy : *Architect our global strategies for attracting and developing thetalentsof tomorrow,directly linkingtalent initiatives to business success.
    • Qualifications*
    • A Strong Academic Foundation : *AMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, ora relatedfield.
    • Digital Native : *You are naturally curiousandeager to quickly learn and adapt tonew technologiesand contexts. Initial experience withDataanalytics, and digitalization projectsis a huge plus.
    • Business Acumen : *A genuine interest in understanding how our businessoperatesand a drive to connect HR initiatives to company goals.
    • Human-Centric Approach : *High emotional intelligence, empathy, and outstanding communication skills. You are a "people person" whobelieves the ultimate purpose of technology is toenablepeople.
    • Ambition & Drive : *You are a proactive self-starter with a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role.Firstpractical experience through internships in HR or a related field is highly valued.
    • Language Proficiency : *Excellent command of both Englishisrequired, German at B2-level.
