Excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. As a IT System Engineer you will be a key contributor to the management optimization and enhancement of our IT infrastructure utilizing core technologies such as firewalls Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles DDI solutions load balancing and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
You will take ownership of designing implementing and maintaining these critical network and security systems ensuring seamless operations optimal performance and comprehensive security.
This role demands deep technical expertise in firewall management network load balancing and DDI (DNS DHCP IP Address Management) solutions along with a solid understanding of ZTNA principles to enforce Zero Trust policies across our environment. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams playing an active role in developing deploying and optimizing technologies to ensure a secure scalable and highly resilient IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize firewalls and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect against threats and enhance network performance.
- Implement and support Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.
- Apply Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles to enhance secure access to resources.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) environments.
- Oversee public certificate lifecycles and manage certificate systems.
- Optimize and support load balancing solutions for high availability and performance.
- Design and troubleshoot network architectures ensuring robust operations and security compliance.
- Manage and architect DNS DHCP and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions for scalable network operations.
- Administer proxies to ensure secure and efficient content delivery and access.
- Implement automation processes to improve efficiency and operational consistency.
- Drive continuous improvements across all areas of responsibility enhancing scalability performance and maintainability.
- Develop and refine technical documentation processes and standards to align with best practices.
