Your Role: You’ll be responsible for internal cost allocation within Group IT—from calculating transfer prices and coordinating with Group companies to working closely with Group Finance and Controlling.

You’ll manage the commercial aspects of our hosting business and, together with a teammate, develop cost models, billing logic, and proposals for our internal clients.

You will handle invoice verification and the ordering process as the central point of contact for Group Procurement and serve as the process owner for our hardware leasing.

You will be responsible for contract and vendor management for Group IT, optimize mobile and line costs, and actively participate in C5 and ISO audits.

You will provide professional guidance to several colleagues, ensure the quality of their work, help them develop their expertise in their respective areas, and also train our apprentices and working students in day-to-day operations.

What you bring to the table: At least 3 years of professional experience in a business or administrative setting, ideally within a corporate environment, with a proven track record of excellent results in collaboration with IT, Controlling, or Procurement.

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration with good to very good academic performance underscores your professional standards.

A solid, proven understanding of billing, budgeting, and ordering processes, as well as a strong ability to clearly structure workflows, make them transparent, and continuously improve them—complemented by confident use of common business tools and systems.

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, enabling you to communicate precisely, clearly, and in a manner tailored to the audience when interacting with national and international stakeholders.

A passion for providing technical leadership and developing young talent, a responsible, structured work style, and a professional, respectful demeanor; a training certificate (AdA) is a plus.
