Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor equipment : Etch, Lithography, Deposition, Photolithography etc. Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns. Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively. Client Information :
My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join there team in Austria, who can support their customers with current and future installed tools.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
- Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
- Assures operational quality of system equipment.
- Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
- May provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
