Serco has played a vital role at ESA's European Astronaut Centre (EAC) in Germany, supporting various human spaceflight missions and training projects. Serco has provided critical technical, operational, and training services, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of astronaut training and mission preparations. With expertise in crew training, mission simulations, and medical operations support, Serco has been instrumental in ensuring mission readiness. We are looking for an Administrative Secretary (EAC) to join our team at European Astronaut Centre (EAC), Cologne.

Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations, including managing schedules, documentation, and communications.
• Oversee document management systems and ensure compliance with filing protocols.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other formal communications.
• Maintain databases and records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meeting scheduling and event organization.
• Provide general office support, including handling inquiries, organizing meetings, and processing requests.
