Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant - Salesforce and Dynamics Finance & Operations (Dynamics F&O) for our Big 4 consulting client to support a large IT transformation programme in the Technology sector.

Role : ERP Consultant - Salesforce and Dynamics Finance & Operations (Dynamics F&O)

Type of job : Freelance / Contract

Utilisation : Full time (40 hrs / week) / Part time option available if requested

Period : ASAP - Nov 2025 (with option to extend)

Location : Remote

Industry : Technology

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to review, optimise, and implement a scalable solution for managing volume subscriptions across our client's ERP systems. The current Lead-to-Cash process is partially managed through Salesforce (Lead-to-Contract) and Dynamics F&O, but existing tools struggle with subscription management. This has led to manual workarounds and a complex contract setup requiring frequent adjustments.

Job description

Review and assess the current Lead-to-Cash process and its integration with Salesforce and Dynamics F&O.
Identify inefficiencies in the handling of volume subscriptions and recommend improvements.
Design and implement a robust technical framework to streamline contract and subscription management.
Develop an optimised approach to managing contract updates and modifications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Lead the technical architecture and integration of ERP systems to enhance automation and scalability.

Requirements

All applicants must be resident in the EU or UK.

Extensive experience in ERP system architecture and integration, particularly with Dynamics F&O and Salesforce.

Strong expertise in subscription management and Lead-to-Cash processes.

Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions for complex contract structures.

Ability to assess existing technical setups and propose optimised workflows.

Experience in working with large datasets and automation processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Allgemeine Anforderungen : Wohnsitz in Europa erforderlich Reisebereitschaft nach Essen, DE Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher) Fachliche Expertise : Umfassendes Wissen über energiewirtschaftliche und kaufmännische Prozesse. Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Mahnwesen sowie in Kontenfindungs-, Zahlungszuordnungs- und Inkassoprozessen in SAP. Praktische Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von SAP IS-U / UC4G. Sonstige Kompetenzen : Erfahrungen in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten. Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten. Hohes Engagement, hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung.
