We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our team and oversee the project and delivery of a large Data Centre project in Offenbach, Frankfurt. As the suitable candidate you will have previous experience in delivering diesel generator installation projects.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing mechanical and electrical installations from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, designers, and technicians, to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and coordinating mechanical and electrical installation of works, ensuring the successful execution and delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of mechanical engineering activities with project objectives.
• Conducting regular project meetings to update stakeholders on project status, address any issues or concerns, and facilitate decision-making.
• Reviewing and approving mechanical and electrical engineering designs, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant health and safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures to mitigate project risks.
• Preparing project progress reports and presenting them to senior management and clients.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
