The Denizen team is a mix of hospitality operators & technologists dedicated to delivering an exceptional high-tech / high-touch service experience. Before founding Denizen, the co-founders have worked with companies such as citizenM and 25hours Hotels.

Our main investors are Porsche AG , as well as Solutions Holding and K.H.V. , both original founders of 25hours Hotels.

Job Scope

This is a unique opportunity to become part of an innovative project at the intersection of real estate, technology, and hospitality. We are looking for a driven professional to manage existing operations, execute growth plans, and collaborate closely with our partners.

In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the co-founders, contribute to the product’s expansion, and play a crucial role in delivering value to our customers and stakeholders. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and growth, with a strong focus on food & beverage services
• Manage existing locations while driving the expansion into new ones
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a strong workforce
• Develop scalable standards and processes to enable rapid growth
• Collaborate closely with both partners and landlords
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless experience across all locations and services
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and growth strategies
• Build and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with business goals and values
