As an Unmanned Aerial Systems Plans and Operations Specialist, you’ll bring your expertise in UAS strategy, ISR, force modernization, and aviation operations background to collaborate with thought leaders on projects for Joint and Combined Forces. You’ll use your skills to integrate emerging drone and robotics technologies, modernize unmanned system doctrine, and develop a cohesive theater strategy.

Work with us to shape the multi-domain employment of unmanned systems to ensure the theater-wide standardization of operator training, sustainment, certification, and platform employment as part of a joint and combined mission.

You Have :

• 3+ years of experience in unmanned system employment or operations
• 2+ years of experience on a Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff, or operational-level headquarters
• Experience with the DoD acquisitions process, strategies, and requirements
• Experience with developing and staffing decision papers, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and formal orders for senior leader approval
• Knowledge of Army ISR processes, targeting, airspace control, and mission command integration
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
