WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As part of the Plant Design, Documentation & Maintenance product family, our product team is responsible for lifecycle support of the whole engineering tool landscape of BASF (e.g., CAE, CAD tools). In this position you will manage the engineering tool landscape of BASF. Your responsibilities will be :
- Tool lifecycle support
- Administration of Client- / Server- / Database Systems, Installation, configuration and operation of complex IT Tool landscapes
- Evaluation of new release versions
- Sizing of infrastructure requirements and requesting Server- / Storage-infrastructure accordingly
- Setup, update, and configuration of tools (Server and Client), as well as Troubleshooting on Server and Client infrastructure
- Roles and Rights administration
- Quality control and documentation
