StellenbeschreibungAt least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field. Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships. After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers.
- Coordinate and track all purchase orders with our headquarters in Germany.
- Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents.
- Manage import / export activities within the order processing workflow.
- Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files.
- Take stock and ensure that loan equipment agreements are in order.
- Monitor loan equipment due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Managers and Application Engineers.
- Ensure seamless transfer price documentation to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions.
- Process payments for both Account Receivable and Account Payable.
- Ensure timely payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
- Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively.
- Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs when necessary.
- Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.
