Your key responsibilities
- Build and manage the full process from prospect to Sales Qualified Leads
- Manage all in-bound enquiries via the website, switchboard etc.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow-up on existing leads
- Support the build up of digital lead generation & nurturing engine
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and ensure a good customer journey by understanding their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in our CRM system
- Work closely with Market Intelligence, Marketing and Sales in order to identify and explore new potentials and develop related strategies for offline and online lead generation & nurturing
- Work closely with the Legal Department to initiate and sign CDA’s
