Job Overview :
We are looking for a detailoriented and experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team in Germany. In this role you will oversee and manage payroll processes while ensuring compliance with German labor laws. Your expertise in HR and payroll will contribute to a smooth and efficient employee compensation process. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in HR education and experience in payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Administration :
Manage the endtoend payroll process for employees including data entry calculation and reconciliation.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of German labor laws and tax regulations.
Manage employee records related to payroll benefits and contracts.
Identify and implement enhancements to payroll and HR systems.
Qualifications and Skills :
Nativelevel fluency in German (spoken and written).
Degree or certification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. DATEV SAP HR or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
