Ihre Aufgaben :

• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung mittels SAP HR für einen definierten Personenkreis
• Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen entgelt-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Verantwortung für das Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen
• Ansprechpartner für Krankenkassen, Versicherungen und Behörden
• Aktive Mitarbeit in Personalprojekten
• Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
• Betreuung der Mitarbeiter zu Fragen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
