We are looking to strengthen our IT team as soon as possible with a

IT Coordinator (m / f / d)

Your varied tasks :

• Coordination of external IT service providers including the monitoring of IT project orders, checking compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and regular exchanges
• Optimization, harmonization and further development of operational IT processes in cooperation with the specialist departments and IT service providers, including sustainable implementation through deadline tracking, action tracking and documentation
• Collaboration with IT management to coordinate the requirements from the corporate strategy, the applications used and the business processes with regard to future IT requirements
• Collaboration in, coordination and monitoring of IT projects, including the creation of project schedules
• Interface function between the specialist departments, external partners and the IT organization
• Monitoring license and contract management
• User support
