Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level!We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to join our interdisciplinary development team, responsible for designing and developing innovative power semiconductor modules.

In your new role you will :

• Independently develop the mechanical details and functions  of new and existing packages and product families
• Drive projects from concept development to the introduction of high-volume production in our Warstein and Cegled facilities
• Ensure that developments are based on the latest research and technologies , integrated into designs and systems in a cost-optimized manner
• Define constructive designs for new products, considering new materials in the entire chain from the supplier to the product-related manufacturing concept (" design-for-manufacturability" / "design-to-cost ")
• Evaluate and verify new and existing solutions using suitable methods such as simulations and experimental investigations, as well as interpreting the results obtained
• Coordinate cross-departmental interests (, electrical development, purchasing, production, quality assurance) during the concept creation phase
• Present newly developed mechanical product features at internal specialist conferences worldwide and outside the company, , at congresses or conferences
