Your Key Repsonsibilites :

Lead the cross-functional brand team, consisting of market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence and other relevant departments

Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business in Germany

Develop, monitor and execute clear tactical plan in order to meet objectives as set in accordance with strategic priorities by distinct KPI orientation

Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify and address market opportunities and allow timely intervention when required

Create business cases, take full forecast responsibility and manage product life-cycle

Provide strategic direction, marketing and promotional materials, and product training to the sales teams

Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines

Establishing close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional level

Who you are :

Min. Bachelor’s degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent, qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred

At least 5 years’ experience in product management for Rx products, experience in vaccine business is an advantage

Experience in leading bigger interdisciplinary project teams

Excellent digital / omnichannel marketing skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High ability to work under pressure (handling timelines and complex tasks)

Fluent in written and spoken German and English
