Aufgaben :

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien für Prozess Betriebsmittel zur Bearbeitung von optische Komponenten (z. B. Linsen, Prismen, Filter) und Systeme
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Bereich Feinoptik, Photonik und verwandter Technologien
• Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Ableitung technischer Anforderungen
• Erstellung von Lastenheften und Begleitung der Produktentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit F&E
• Betreuung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Idee bis zur Abkündigung
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch technische Beratung, Schulungen und Marketingmaterialien
• Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Messeauftritten
• Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für das Produktportfolio (z. B. Umsatz, Deckungsbeitrag, Preisstrategie)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern
