Responsibilities
Join TeamViewer as a Senior Project Manager in our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the R&D and Product Management departments in the successful delivery of our product portfolio. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining TeamViewer's position as global leader in the SaaS industry.
Steer and influence cross-functional teams and departments (Software Development, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) to deliver complex product or product feature launches, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for top management and key stakeholders, providing clear communication, strategic insights, and progress reporting at the highest levels
Strategically manage and align stakeholder expectations across the business and product teams, ensuring buy-in and accountability from all parties, including C-level executives
Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
Own the tracking of KPIs, risk management, and progress reporting, and ensure that teams stay on course through clear, consistent communication and efficient meeting structures
Translate complex, cross-functional requirements and drive agile software development processes to ensure alignment with organization-wide objectives, ensuring a seamless flow between sprints and business milestones
Provide hands-on ownership for the projects and direction when necessary to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure high-priority deliverables are met on time
Drive organizational change through continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and team collaboration to ensure scalable growth
Requirements
Proven track record of leading complex projects in software companies, with a strong emphasis on executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration
You feel comfortable in a lively and energetic business environment surrounded by like-minded, intrinsic motivated people
Also, you are keen on learning and gathering information proactively to drive the success of the projects forward
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus
Fluency in English (business level, both oral and written); German proficiency is a plus
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization, including pitching to and advising C-level executives
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and take a strategic approach to problem-solving, while also considering short-term and long-term organizational goals
Proven success in autonomously managing remote teams and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple time zones and departments
Deep understanding of organizational dynamics with experience influencing at senior levels within large, complex organizations
Passionate about emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable business insights
