Responsibilities

As an intern in Sustainability Management, you will become an integral part of TeamViewer’s ESG & Sustainability function. You will support the development and implementation of key sustainability initiatives and gain hands-on experience in how a global tech company drives its environmental and social impact. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their practical experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, and climate strategy .

• Drive sustainability initiatives : Support the team in implementing effective ESG strategies and programs across the organization.
• Coordinate ESG meetings & workshops : Take ownership in preparing, facilitating, and following up on sustainability-related meetings, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Contribute to climate action : Help identify and execute opportunities that support TeamViewer’s climate targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
• Monitor ESG trends : Conduct market screenings to identify emerging ESG trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in the software and tech industry.
• Support ESG reporting : Assist in preparing qualitative and quantitative sustainability reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Enable internal communication : Contribute to internal communication on ESG activities to raise awareness and promote engagement.
