Project manager agile Jobs in Walluf

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in HU PL enhancements project. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring seamless integration of 3PL interfaces with data exchange of Handling Units and 3PL deployment in one site while effectively managing timelines stakeholder expectations and deliverables. A background in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough knowledge of GxP regulations are essential for this role.

What you will be doing :

• Lead and manage the deployment and enhancement of 3PL interfaces ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams and maintain detailed project plans.
• Oversee the deployment configuration and integration of the 3PL with data exchange of the HUs.
• Drive adoption of the new functionalities aligned with best practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and address any concerns.
• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities. Coordinate training and provide ongoing support for endusers.
• Occasional visits to sites are also required.
