Client Description :

Manpower Luxembourg looking for one of its clients a Senior Internal Communication Officer on an interim contract to assist in developing internal communication strategy, in close cooperation with the Head of Communication / Chief Spokesperson and contribute to its implementation. The position involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communication within the institution.

Job Description :

• Contribute actively to the development of the internal communication strategy based on the newly established framework.
• Develop concrete and effective ideas to boost staff engagement.
• Establish communication plans for internal events.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to understand and assess their internal communication needs.
• Draft and edit internal articles for intranet platform to deliver clear and concise messages on internal and external activities.
• Manage the pages of the intranet platform.
• Establish criteria to assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal communication.
