Donor Relations (m / f / x) – Fondation Follereau Luxembourg

Are you passionate about development cooperation and managing teams in a human-sized company? Then join the Fondation Follereau Luxembourg (FFL) as Donor Relations (m / f / x) , starting immediately or by arrangement.

About Fondation Follereau Luxembourg

For over 50 years, true to its values of solidarity, inclusion and respect for human rights, the FFL has been working to promote primary health care and education for all in rural Africa. We favour a collaborative and sustainable approach, based on solid partnerships and rigorous management.

Your tasks

Donor Relations :

  • Identify, engage and retain potential and existing donors.
  • Implement personalised communication strategies for each donor segment.
  • Organising events and campaigns to thank donors and inform them of the impact of their support.

Estates Management :

  • Managing estates in which the FFL is involved in liaison with public authorities, notaries and heirs.
  • Promote inheritance donations through awareness-raising and communication campaigns.
  • Ensuring that testators' wishes are respected and that the value of bequeathed assets is enhanced.

    • Your profile

  • Previous experience in donor management or fundraising is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and the Luxembourg philanthropic landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in the country's official languages.
  • Commitment to the values of the FFL.
  • Ability to work with a variety of contacts (private donors, notaries, companies).
  • Basic legal knowledge of legacies and donations.
