Senior Customer Service / Solution Manager

1. Pre-sale :

1) Client demand insight and demand review (technical agreements, special needs, etc.);

2) Cooperate with the sales and technical departments to follow up on the implementation of customer needs,

3) Lead the construction and maintenance of key relationships between corresponding customers / third-party institutions;

2. on-purchase service :

1) Responsible for leading the construction and maintenance of the hierarchical relationship between third-party factory inspection and inspection engineers;

2) Ensure timely delivery of products (Factory inspection and module inspection passed in time)

3. After-sales :

1) Responsible for the on-site technical disclosure of the customer's power station, installation supervision (to prevent quality disputes caused by violent installation), arrival inspection and acceptance inspection

2) Conduct power station visits as planned, and be responsible for potential risk identification and power generation analysis of stations

3) Investigation of client complaints and quick closure of cases

1. Education : Full-time bachelor's degree or above

2. Experience requirements : experience in power station, power station construction, power station on-site supervision and installation, power station operation and maintenance experience is preferred

3. Skill requirements : strong communication, organization and coordination skills, proficient in the use of office software,business trip processing and analysis skills,be able to use quality tools (8D, 5W2H, fishbone diagram, plato, etc.), project management experience is preferred

1、学历 : 全日制统招本科及以上；

2、经验要求 : 有电站经验、电站建设经验、电站现场监装经验、电站运维经验优先；

3、技能要求 : 德语、英语。沟通组织协调能力强，熟练应用办公软件，有一定数据 有出差处理及分析能力，会使用质量工具(8D、5W2H，鱼骨图、柏拉图等)，有项目管理经验优先。
