Your tasks :
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with international airlines
Processing tenders and creating business proposals
Negotiating and concluding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements regarding quality and delivery times
Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams for seamless service execution
Proactive communication with customers, problem-solving, and developing improvements
Monitoring and reporting relevant KPIs
What you bring :
Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the aviation industry
Fluent English skills, German is an advantage
High level of customer orientation, empathy, and communication skills
Assertiveness and resilience in stressful situations
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
