What you'll do :

• Ensure that our office infrastructure functions smoothly, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination with external service providers
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords, suppliers, and partners
• Organize cleaning processes and train the onsite team
• Implement health and safety guidelines as well as conduct regular risk assessments
• Support renovation and improvement projects (timeline, budget, coordination with teams)
• Manage office supplies, pantry, and orders
• Coordinate occupational health services and health initiatives
• Work closely with the Employee Experience Team to continuously improve comfort and satisfaction in the workplace
