Valeos VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen close to Suttgart in Germany is focused on visibility, developing and producing high level Wiper Systems for premium customers . Our department is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer , focused on Warranty cases for 12 months with the chance to extend to 24 months.

Your challenges?

Management of the Warranty Process, dealing with claims coming from the customer

Support in analyses of warranty cases / returned products and Processing of field returns (recording / feedback via customer portals, correspondence, presentation of the analysis results to the customer)

Preparation and implementation of recourse negotiation talks with customers

Checking of incoming customer invoices, plausibility checks and calculation of any further charges to suppliers

Conducting data analysis and statistics

Lets talk about you

You have an Engineering and clear quality background / mindset

You have a fluent level of English

You have some basics knowledge of German

Ideally, you have a first automotive experience / warranty experience / first customer contact experience

You have availability to perform a proper root cause analysis and you are able to apply the QRQC FTA method

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are willing to learn and listen, You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
