As a (Senior) Real Estate Specialist at Delivery Hero you will support the strategic management of the companys global real estate portfolio with a focus on optimizing operations reducing costs and enhancing overall portfolio performance. You will work closely with regional teams stakeholders and crossfunctional departments to ensure efficient real estate processes and contribute to key projects that drive value and support business growth.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate operations project management and datadriven decisionmaking. You will help ensure that our real estate assets align with Delivery Heros mission and contribute to the companys ongoing expansion.

• Maximizing Value : Assist in identifying costsaving opportunities optimizing real estate assets and analyzing portfolio data. Support lease renegotiations location optimization and the development of decisionmaking frameworks such as scorecards and trackers.
• Driving Efficiency : Help implement and maintain standardized real estate processes and operational guidelines. Use centralized tools and best practices to streamline activities across the portfolio. Support the creation and tracking of KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Enabling Growth : Assist with market analysis and contribute to supporting the companys expansion by managing real estate assets and supporting lease negotiations. Help ensure that CAPEX is optimized in relevant projects maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
• Mitigating Risk : Help monitor and maintain risk management practices across the real estate portfolio ensuring compliance with lease terms local regulations and corporate policies. Proactively identify potential issues and support teams in responding to market trends to safeguard real estate investments.
