About our technology

The Role
We're actively looking for a (Senior) Recruiter (f / m / d) with a background in the semiconductor industry.
In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting and onboarding high quality talent - a key differentiator for our success. Working with hiring managers, your contribution will help build a collaborative and effective work environment that not only complements our organisational goals but also respects and promotes our culture and values.
To join our team, you should be excited to
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract the right candidates
- F ull-cycle recruitment processes for specialised roles, including engineering, R&D, IC design, and process development positions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by leveraging industry-specific platforms, professional networks, and events
- Evaluate and refine recruiting processes and tools to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with your Team together that ensures all HR lifecycle stages are handled effectively and in a way that elevates the experience for both candidates and employees
- Build together with the Team a strong employer brand that is appealing to prospective hires
- Stay ahead of trends in the semiconductor industry and talent landscape, ensuring the organisation is competitive in attracting top talent
- Identify opportunities for enhancement in the talent acquisition process and policies, implementing changes that make the system more efficient and applicant-friendly
