Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to prioritize the backlog and align it with business objectives.
• Assist the PO in writing clear, concise requirements for development.
• Work with internal and external teams to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks.
• Help the team define the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) .
• Proactively address dependencies and roadblocks to ensure smooth sprint progress.
• Track and analyze team velocity to improve planning and delivery outcomes.
