Aufgaben
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the companys growth goals and ensures longterm talent acquisition success.
- Process Optimization : Design and refine recruitment processes to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
- DataDriven Recruitment : Analyze KPIs and manage budgets to optimize the recruitment funnel.
- Take ownership of CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and conversion rate metrics across all stages.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and manage change initiatives effectively.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead a highperforming recruitment team fostering a productive resultsdriven and supportive work environment.
