Description

Key Responsibilities / Tasks :

  • Performing analytical checks on daily regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFIR), handling of corrections and feedbacks.
  • Participate in system enhancement IT and support process improvement projects.
  • Participate in methodology reviews and implementation of any methodological changes.
  • Review of workflows and operating procedures.
  • Escalate issues identified, which may result in late or incorrect regulatory submission, to senior management for resolution and remediation.
  • Providing Business Support on day-to-day queries.
  • Capturing of data and internal booking of securities.
  • Handling of static data, such as pricing and securities.

Your Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector.
  • Advanced Office 365 and database skills, knowledge of Avaloq would be seen as an advantage.
  • High team-spirit and service orientation, strong personality and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Any other language is an advatage.
  • High degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focus on providing quality output.
  • Good knowledge of various securities, as well as of regulatory and luxemburgish legal requirements.
  • High analytical skills and interest on data management.
  • Good knowledge of EU Transaction Reporting (EMIR,MiFIR).
  • Responsibility, organizaition, care and accuracy.
