You will contribute to managing the reinsurance accounts for Allianz. Within this responsibility you will be exposed to processing claims, to handling the financial accounts, to performing data quality controls and data analysis as well as to serving our stakeholders in all reinsurance accounting related matters. In addition, you will contribute to Allianz Direct’s monthly and quarterly financial closing in line with German Accounting principles, IFRS 17 as well as Solvency II. Innovation is key to us – therefore we continuously look for process & system enhancements. This role will give you the opportunity to be part of our innovation journey.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and steer the reinsurance accounting data of AZ DirectData quality assurance and analysis, and provide clarifications to managementTimely reconciliation of reinsurance receivables and payablesEnsure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including analysis and clarification of intercompany differencesApply internal as well as external accounting & reporting standards incl.
