Our IT team in our logistics center in Halle is now looking for reinforcements in 1st and 2nd level support. Would you like to be part of our 12-strong team and an expert on many top applications and tools? Then we look forward to your application!

What you can expect in this role

• You are part of the Helpdesk & Infrastructure team and are responsible for the 1st and 2nd level support of our employees in our fulfillment center in Halle (Saale)
• You work in a team with System Engineers and are therefore in regular contact for coordination and knowledge exchange with our team in Berlin
• You are also responsible for Windows clients, Windows print servers, Chrome OS and macOS, as well as our MDE and onsite robotics devices
• In addition, you continuously improve our processes and systems with the aim of providing our employees with a perfect user experience
• Your responsibilities include installing, configuring and updating the clients and systems in the Fulfillment Center
• In addition, you resolve technical issues and perform proactive maintenance to keep systems up-to-date
