The core focus is developing and managing our existing Distribution relationships and establishing new relationships with prospective resellers and sales reps.
Generate incremental revenue, target vertical distribution channels (e.g. retail, rail, logistics, banking, sports, hospitality, and leisure), and resellers about the Hanwha Vision products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program.
This includes working with sales, marketing, development / operations, & executive management to coordinate successful support of profitable, indirect channel demand generation activities and programs. Furthermore, developing and managing Consultants in the DACH region will be also part of this role. Establish relationships with the consultants in DACH, train and educate those regarding tender specifications, and make sure that Hanwha Vision products will be mentioned in public tenders in the future.
However, the focus of this role will be the distribution partners in DACH.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and extremely satisfying high-energy business where the
Channel / Distribution Sales are expected to have a sense of urgency and be very hands–on.
The successful candidate must be committed to customer service excellence and have experience that demonstrates success in an expanding, growth situation.
The Distribution Sales and Consultant Manager DACH must be comfortable working strategically and tactically with a very consultative sales approach.
- Primary contact for DACH major distributors and consultants
- Manage Distribution Agreements including monthly forecast, Sell-Out, Sell-In and Promotions
- Manage annual account budgets for the Channel accounts which include revenue growth goals, marketing expenses, and contribution objectives
- Coordinate effectively with DACH Sales team in order to maximize revenue generation efforts with key partners
- Work regionally across top major Distributor channels to deploy information, pricing and available marketing content including technical information Management of Purchase Orders
- Expand and develop existing partner relationships to effectively build Hanwha presence within their sales efforts and act as a channel partner advocate in meeting their future product needs (i.e. Systems Integrators and Industry influencers
- Identify, open, and develop new revenue-generating markets : both channel and product-related
- Support resellers with pre-sales support, online training modules, lunch and learns, and other educational activities. Effectively push the Hanwha Channel Partner Program with the resellers
- Work with Marketing to develop sales & training tools, marketing materials, and demand generation programs for existing and potential customer base
- Requires a moderate skill level of technical competence, particularly in relation to CCTV technologies where the employee will be required to provide technical training to resellers
- Manage Consultants in DACH and provide all materials and tools to ensure Hanwha Vision products will be placed in tenders
- Provide trainings for consultants and coordinate effectively with DACH Pre-Sales team the transport of knowledge
