As a Channel Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in Germany. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities fostering longterm partnerships and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with a handson sales approach particularly in developing local distributor and EPC installer networks . You will be responsible for actively developing new sales channels and managing both current and upcoming distributors and installers to ensure continuous growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends competitors and customer demands within the energy storage sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights focusing on lead generation customer acquisition and retention.
- Proactively engage potential customers nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Establish and strengthen local distributor and EPC installer networks to drive product distribution and market expansion.
- Actively develop new sales channels and partnerships to ensure continuous business growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and upcoming distributors and installers ensuring they receive necessary support training and guidance for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technology marketing and customer service to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead sales negotiations and contract processes ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
- Provide market insights sales reports and customer feedback to management contributing to strategic planning and budgeting.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities growing existing accounts and maximizing market penetration .
