Location : Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Mannheim
Program Overview :
This 12-month rotational program offers a comprehensive introduction to IT recruitment, sales, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience across four key business areas while building a foundation for long-term career growth in IT consulting and staffing. After this period a sales position is available.
Rotation Phases :
Months 1-4 : Recruitment
- Source and recruit IT experts using diverse methods.
- Conduct phone interviews and prepare expert profiles for client presentations.
Months 5-7 : Sales and Marketing
Months 8-9 : Operations Management
Months 10-12 : Sales
